Hi to all our valued and loyal zoo friends...we have had a few enquiries as to where we actually obtained Simba our new Dingo pup from. Simba was given to us by the Australian Dingo Foundation, an organisation dedicated to protecting Australia's native dingoes. As our friends you will know that a major focus at Alma Park is preservation of endangered species. We are fortunate to have a fabulous curator in Dr Heather and a fabulous team of zookeepers and volunteers which has enabled us to have very successful breeding programs in a number of species :) We will keep you posted as we have more new arrivals in the very near future!
